I have recently noticed that many of Africa's most vocal opponents of foreign aid run not-for profit organizations that are funded by Western aid.

I checked out the usual crowd, and most are in NGO's or some sort of tink-tank organization.
LOL, but there are NGOs and think tanks funded entirely by locals.
PKW, I thought the anti-aid charade is based on the premise of free enterprise rather than charity.
